We are living through unprecedented times and the COVID-19 pandemic has already affected the way we trade.
The Government has now issued guidance to retailers on steps to take to ensure the safety of staff and customers for those businesses able to re-open and trade during the current time. We have applied this guidance to On The Stall City's market stall to see whether it would be possible to start trading but we have concluded that sadly, it is not yet safe for us to open for trade at the market just yet.
We want to open our stall when it is safe for everyone. However we realise this could be some time, so in the meantime we will be offering sales of high quality Norwich City FC related merchandise through our online shop to raise funds for the Community Sports Foundation. The CSF is especially in need of help at this challenging time, and we did not want to delay raising funds for them any further.
How we work
We are based in the same household and so we do not have to implement social distancing rules.
In line with government guidance, we have been at home isolating just before the lockdown was announced, to ensure Jacob's health and safety during this pandemic.
However, operating from home means that we cannot currently accept donations of clothing, programmes or other items, as we cannot isolate these items as is currently required by Government guidance.
Returns
For the above reasons, we regret we cannot receive returned goods at present. If however you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us and we can discuss available options with you.
Despatch and delivery
All items are collected from our home by DHL couriers in line with their COVID-19 policy. They provide contactless delivery for our customers.
