Returns and Refunds Policy

Can I return an item?
You may return any item within 28 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the price you paid for the item, providing you have the RECEIPT and it is still in its original condition as purchased.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
You must pay for the return postage, unless the item is faulty.
If the item is faulty, contact us at: andy@onthestallcity.com and we will arrange for our courier, DHL, to collect the item from you.
How do I return an item?
You can return items to us:
IN PERSON: Simply bring the item, receipt and any packaging to our shop in the Forum. Please note our opening times on our website (www.onthestallcity.com)
POST: at your own cost, unless the item is faulty (see above). Our address is:

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed once received to us.
