Alterations: We may update this Site and/or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will co-operate as fully as reasonably required by OTSC in defence of any claim. OTSC reserves the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of OTSC.

Complete agreement:These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy contain the full and complete understanding between OTSC and you. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through or from the Site or from any conversations with our staff will operate to vary these Terms and Conditions.

Where OTSC gives you the option to subscribe to its email service which will update you with news or information which it considers to be of interest to you, your use of the content received through the email service will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Site and the materials published on it including, without limitation, the design, text, graphics, trade marks, logos, audio and/or video content, the selection and arrangement thereof and software, are owned by OTSC. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, English law. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use in every particular including formation and interpretation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and, by using this Site you hereby submit to and waive any objections to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
